Delivery

On confirmation of your order, you will receive an email from us containing your order number and order details. If you do not receive this, please first check your spam folder, as sadly sometimes our emails get sent there.  Once we have dispatched your order you will receive an update email. If you have any questions about your order you can contact us at theteam@livebetterwith.com or by phone. If an item looks like it might take longer to get to you, we will let you know. Please be advised, on some occasions, your order may be dispatched in separate parcels. 

Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

EXPRESS TRACKED DELIVERY (UK)

Shipping takes 1 - 2 working days from dispatch

STANDARD DELIVERY (IRELAND)

Shipping can take 4 - 5 working days from dispatch

This will cost you no more than €4.95

EXPRESS TRACKED DELIVERY (IRELAND)

Shipping can take 2 - 3 working days from dispatch

This will cost you no more than €25

STANDARD DELIVERY (US)

US Standard shipping can take 7 - 10 working days from dispatch

This will cost you no more than $7.99

EXPRESS TRACKED DELIVERY (US)

Shipping takes 3 - 4 working days from dispatch

This will cost you no more than $9.99

EXPRESS TRACKED DELIVERY (CANADA)

Shipping takes 2 - 3 working days from dispatch

This will cost you no more than $45. Please note custom fees may also apply

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Delivery times for international deliveries vary by country and are estimated from dispatch. Please see below for more information.

The delivery cost is calculated based on the destination. The cost is shown on the checkout page.

* Please note dispatch can take up to 48hrs excluding weekends. We try to process orders placed before 2pm that day. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the following business day

** Bulky heavy items will incur a delivery charge of £4.95p in the UK and $10 in the US. You will be notified of this at checkout

*** Due to the vast number of products that we stock, you may find that some of your order will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. In these instances, you will receive an email notifying you of that fact

UK Delivery Options

There are two delivery options for orders under £45. UK Standard shipping can take 3 - 5 working days from dispatch and your order will be sent via the Royal Mail 48 service.

Express and tracked shipping takes 1 - 2 working days from dispatch and will be sent via DPD. If there is a delay to your order, we will notify you by email. Free express and tracked shipping is available on orders over £45. Please note dispatch can take up to 48hrs.

 

Republic of Ireland Delivery Options

Standard shipping to the Republic of Ireland can take 4 - 5 working days from dispatch and your order will be sent via the Royal Mail.

Express and tracked shipping takes 2 - 3 working days from dispatch and will be sent via DHL.

Please note dispatch can take up to 48hrs.

 

US Delivery Options

If you select Standard Delivery your order will be sent via Royal Mail international standard and will take 7 - 10 working days from dispatch to arrive. There is no tracking option with this service.

If you select Express and Tracked delivery your order will be sent via DHL and will take 3 - 4 working days from dispatch to arrive. You will be sent email updates on your parcel to your registered email address. Please note dispatch can take up to 48hrs.

 

Canada Delivery Options

The cost of shipping to Canada is $45. Your order will be sent Express and Tracked via DHL and will take 2 - 3 working days from dispatch to arrive. You will be sent email updates on your parcel to your registered email address. Please note that your order will be dispatched from the UK and it is your responsibility to pay the fee in order to receive the goods, once your order reaches Canada. The shipping provider will contact you directly to notify you of this. By confirming the order at checkout, you acknowledge that you will not be refunded for your delivery charge should you not wish to pay the custom fee. Please note dispatch can take up to 48hrs.

 

International Delivery Options

Your order will be sent via DHL. Please expect to receive your goods within 5 - 20 working days from dispatch. If there is a delay to your order, we will notify you by email. Please note dispatch can take up to 48hrs.

Returns

Live Better With returns are free for our UK customers!

Whilst we hope that you love your order, we understand you may change your mind. All we ask is that you email us at theteam@livebetterwith.com to notify us of your return within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

  1. To be eligible for a return, please print and fill out the returns slip from the link provided below.

  2. Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached. 
  3. Cover your original address label with the returns label by downloading the UK returns label form and remember to add your order number - you'll find this in the Order History section on the My Account page. 
  4. Return your package via the Post Office, remembering to get proof of postage. Please don't post your package through the post box without getting proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return.
  5. Please ensure that your dispatch is included as failure to do so, will result in a delay, to your refund being processed

Please note: Free returns are only available to our UK customers via the returns portal link by printing the returns form delivery label. Returns sent using any other method are at the customer's own cost and liability. Please bear with us over the Christmas period, it may take us a little longer than normal to process your return but we will be in contact as soon as we can! 

For international customers, please keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post when returning them to us, so we recommend that you send your returns via a 'Tracked' or 'Signed For' delivery service, giving you proof of your item's return.

It is your responsibility to return your unwanted items in a resalable state. You will not receive a refund should your order be returned damaged to our warehouse.

International Returns

We are aware that returning your order to the UK can be expensive, tiresome and inconvenient. We are proud to announce that we have joined forces with DHL to offer a competitive International Returns service. Should you wish to return your order via DHL please give us a call on 0800 118 2705 or 1855 815 5533. Alternatively, send an email to theteam@livebetterwith.com for more information.

 

Can I exchange instead?

If you would like to exchange your item simply return the unwanted item following our returns procedure and place a new order online for the product you’d like. It can take 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account from the date we receive your order.

When and how will I get my money back?

Once your return has been checked and processed, we will issue you with a refund using your original payment method. It can take 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
