On confirmation of your order, you will receive an email from us containing your order number and order details. If you do not receive this, please first check your spam folder, as sadly sometimes our emails get sent there. Once we have dispatched your order you will receive an update email. If you have any questions about your order you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone. If an item looks like it might take longer to get to you, we will let you know.
Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
UK Delivery Options
Orders under £30 will be sent via Royal Mail 48 service. With this method, shipping can take 3-5 working days. If there is a delay to your order we will notify you by email. Free expedited and tracked shipping is available on orders over £30 (e1-2 days).
US Delivery Options
If you select Standard Delivery your order will be sent via Royal Mail international standard and will take 7-10 working days to arrive. There is no tracking option with this service.
If you select Express and Tracked delivery your order will be sent via DHL and will take 3-4 working days to arrive. You will be sent email updates on your parcel to your registered email address.
International Delivery Options

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail or DHL. Please expect to receive your goods 7-10 working days from purchase. If there is a delay to your order we will notify you by email.
If you live somewhere that is not on the list and would like us to ship to you please get in touch at email@example.com or call us on +44 20 3026 4665.
Whilst we hope that you love your order, we understand you may change your mind. All we ask is that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your return, then return the items in the original packaging they arrived in along with a note that includes your Order Number and the reason for the return. Or you can print and fill out the below Returns Slip:
Can I return it?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the product within 30 days of ordering with proof of purchase for a refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Can I exchange instead?
If you would like to exchange your item, please include a note stating the product name, along with the colour/size (if applicable) of what you wish to exchange it for on your enclosed delivery note. If the item you wish to exchange it for is more expensive, we will have to call you to take the additional payment before the exchange is sent out. If it is cheaper, we will refund the difference.
As soon as your original item is checked and processed we will dispatch the exchange item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post when returning them to us, so we recommend that you send your returns via a 'Tracked' or ‘Signed For’ delivery service, giving you proof of your item's return.
When and how will I get my money back?
Once your return has been checked and processed, we will issue you with a refund using your original payment method. It can take 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
