Delivery

On confirmation of your order, you will receive an email from us containing your order number and order details. If you do not receive this, please first check your spam folder, as sadly sometimes our emails get sent there.  Once we have dispatched your order you will receive an update email. If you have any questions about your order you can contact us at theteam@livebetterwith.com or by phone. If an item looks like it might take longer to get to you, we will let you know. Please be advised, on some occasions, your order may be dispatched in separate parcels. 

Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.  

UK Delivery Options

There are two delivery options for orders under £40. Standard shipping can take 3-5 working days and your order will be sent via the Royal Mail 48 service. Express and tracked shipping takes 1-2 working days and will be sent via DPD. If there is a delay to your order we will notify you by email. Free express and tracked shipping is available on orders over £40.

US Delivery Options

If you select Standard Delivery your order will be sent via Royal Mail international standard and will take 7-10 working days to arrive. There is no tracking option with this service.

If you select Express and Tracked delivery your order will be sent via DHL and will take 3-4 working days to arrive. You will be sent email updates on your parcel to your registered email address.

International Delivery Options

Your order will be sent via DHL. Please expect to receive your goods 7-10 working days from purchase. If there is a delay to your order we will notify you by email.

Returns

Live Better With returns are free for our UK customers!

Whilst we hope that you love your order, we understand you may change your mind. All we ask is that you email us at theteam@livebetterwith.com to notify us of your return within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

  1. To be eligible for a return, please print and fill out the returns slip from the link provided below.

  2. Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached. 
  3. Cover your original address label with the returns label by downloading the UK returns label form and remember to add your order number - you'll find this in the Order History section on the My Account page. 
  4. Return your package via the Post Office, remembering to get proof of postage. Please don't post your package through the post box without getting proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return.
  5. Please ensure that your dispatch is included as failure to do so, will result in a delay, to your refund being processed

Please note: Free returns are only available to our UK customers via the returns portal link by printing the returns form delivery label. Returns sent using any other method are at the customer's own cost and liability. 

For international customers, please keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post when returning them to us, so we recommend that you send your returns via a 'Tracked' or 'Signed For' delivery service, giving you proof of your item's return.

Can I exchange instead?

If you would like to exchange your item simply return the unwanted item following our returns procedure and place a new order online for the product you’d like. It can take 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account from the date we receive your order.

When and how will I get my money back?

Once your return has been checked and processed, we will issue you with a refund using your original payment method. It can take 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
