How do I use it?
Just rub a little balm under nose, on lips, on temples or other pulse points. The aroma calms and relaxes, allowing for a peaceful transition into sleep.

As I sometimes have difficulty sleeping I am going to try this product.
Can not say how brilliant this stuff is, the scent isn't very strong (gorgeous all the same!) but then it is a children's balm. I use it when feeling sleepy anyway and have a wonderful nights sleep. It's not going to knock you out for sleep but will relax you enough so that you CAN sleep. Is also mild enough to us on lips and sore skin.
Great stuff this. Just allows you to get off to sleep with the aroma of lavender and other herbs. I recommend it - having used it regularly as I suffer from osteoarthritis especially in my left shoulder and the pain is incredible, especially at night. This really does help.
