Where should I apply the sleep balm?

Badger Sleep Balm best placed in areas where you’ll be able to smell it. This could be under your nose, on your temples or on your chest. Technically there is no wrong place!

Does Badger Sleep Balm work?

Badger Sleep Balm has aromatherapy ingredients and no active drug in it. It helps with sleep by relaxing your mind and clearing your thoughts so you’re able to fall asleep easier. But no it will not put you to sleep such as a medication that has been prescribed for insomnia.

Why can’t I fall asleep?

Being overwhelmed with a cancer diagnosis is normal. With the addition of information overload and certain drugs such as steroids which can cause insomnia, relaxing the mind and falling asleep can be a difficult task.

*Olea europaea (extra virgin olive) oil, *ricinus communis (castor) oil, *cera alba (beeswax), essential oils of *citrus aurantium bergamia (bergamot), *lavandula angustifolia (lavender), *rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary verbenone), *zingiber officinale (ginger), *abies balsamea (balsam fir) and co2 extract of zingiber officinale (ginger). * = Certified organic.

How do I use it?

  • Rub a little bit of sleep balm under the nose, lips, temples or other pulse points
  • Breathe in deeply and allow the calming scent to help you drift off to sleep

    Smell faint and disappeared very quickly and despite reapplying 2 or 3 times didn’t help. Have used 3 nights so far - no help for me!

    Thought I would give this a try to see if it woud help me to unwind before bed, love the smell, just the smell is reading! Rubbed on my forehead and temples, which I found very relaxing, rubbed along my nose and just under my nostrils, I also rubbed on my eyebrows as apparently heard it's good for growth if your eyebrows are scarce like mine, it certainly helps me unwind my over active mind before bed, I will continue to use to help to unwind

    I didn't find that this balm helped anything with sleeping. I have a very difficult time sleeping due to a diagnosis. On the other hand, I found that the scent was very relaxing and it helps take focus off things and makes you relax a bit. I find this great for times when I am stressed or when I want to feel calmer just before bedtime. I find the balm lasts a very long time, even with regular use. It requires just a little bit at a time to get the relaxing effect.

    Just what I need after a long day. The scent isn't too strong, just enough to gently lull me off to sleep. I put a bit under my nose, on my temples, and I rub some into my eyebrows which is making them strong and shinny. My new favourite bedtime ritual.
