I purchased this because I have severe depression which gets worse during the shorter days of Autumn and Winter. I've been using it since 1/3/16 and have noticed a marked improvement with my sleep.     Great for winter

    What a great light to have now that it is getting darker. It sits very well in my room and I turn it on early in the morning when I am sad. Thank you, very thoughtful.
