Taking activated charcoal tablets helped relieve the excess gas I found I was suffering from due to the cancer drugs. It didn't stop it, but it helped control it.

About Bragg's Medicinal Charcoal 100 Tablets
Bragg's Charcoal Tablets provides 100% natural relief for indigestion, wind and heartburn. These are possible side-effects you can experience from cancer and its treatment.
It alleviates the symptoms of dyspepsia (chronic or recurrent discomfort in the abdomen accompanied by bloating, belching, nausea) offers relief from occasional diarrhoea, is wheat and lactose free. One of the benefits of taking JL Bragg’s Medicinal Charcoal as opposed to other digestive products is that because it is not a drug, it has no direct action on any organ of the body. It does not enter the blood stream nor is the charcoal itself adsorbed into your body. All of it passes out of your system along with the toxins and gases it has collected on its journey. The charcoal used in JL Bragg’s Medicinal Tablets is made from coconut shells. It is thus sustainable in food and ecosystem terms, as no trees are damaged in the process and the husks are not a food-source.
Please consult with your doctor before using this product.
Medicinal Charcoal FAQs
How does activated charcoal help reduce indigestion, bloating and reflux?
Indigestion, bloating and reflux are caused by an increased production of gas or acid in the stomach. Activated charcoal is very useful in soaking up excessive gas and acid in the stomach and digestive tract. The excessive gas and acid stick to the charcoal which is then passed out of your body when you have a bowel movement.
Is activated charcoal suitable for me to take?
As charcoal works through binding, it can bind to other medications which may make your medications not work properly. Always talk to your treating doctor before commencing any new medication.
My stools have become darker than usual after starting charcoal. Is this normal?
As charcoal is black, any inactivated charcoal will be excreted, which in turn could make your stools darker.
Active ingredient: vegetable charcoal. Other ingredients: icing sugar, potato starch, gum tragacanth, magnesium stearate.

these tablets really help if you've overeaten and feel bloated adn don't interfere with other medication.just remember to brush your teeth afterwards!!!
This is amazing. Eat 2-4 of these before or after a meal and you won't trump again for hours, if not days. I'm a vegan, so I'm pretty much a full brass band when I've eaten properly, so these are good for enclosed situations where you don't want to be liable for involuntary manslaughter or a bioterrorism attack on your colleagues nostrils.
As a windy person I was looking for something other than a kite ;-) When I cannot avoid fatty foods, visiting friends and relatives, I take a couple. They seem to help.
These tablets work well, arrive quickly when ordered and are a very inexpensive way to control upset stomachs even if a somewhat old fashioned remedy
