    Helpful and Educational

    I got this book and found it to be amazing! I really enjoyed it! I love how it taught me how to properly season my food. I went from kind of being able to cook to really learning how to give my food that POP that it has been missing. The book doesn't have pictures of what the food looks like but it does hold your hand through the entire cooking process telling you what the food should taste like and how to fix (adjust) your cooking along the way! One last thing that I need to mention is the the font! It was the first thing that I noticed when I opened the book. OMG! It is so different and fun! It really helps liven up a very heavy and depressing topic. The book overall is helpful and educational!
