    Brought both the heavy tension and medium. A very efficient dispatch and delivery of the products. Instructions and examples of use are clear and easy to follow but with these bands the possibilities are endless. I love the fact that with the 2 metres of length that the bands can be doubled over for greater resistance. Recommend buying both, being a keen climber I use the medium for toe, ankle and small muscle groups. Reaping the benefits!

    Excellent piece of kit. I bought it to strengthen my knees because I do a half marathon every weekend. It has really helped. Even my Wife has started using it and she normally hates doing any type of strength work. Very tough product, it feels like it will last forever.

    I bought the medium green one 1st but found it was too strong for me, have now ordered the light tension & I have been using for it approx 5 mins twice a day for just over a week now, i will start increasing the time slowly, i am female 63 yrs of age & not as fit as i thought, hopefully i will progress to the medium green band This is the 1st time I have used these bands & they are really strong so please make sure u order the correct one otherwise u may not use it & that would be a real shame as it really is a good quick way to help get in shape, u can use anytime anywhere. I have been watching the video on u tube HardcoreMiniGym & i am finding it really useful. I really feel this is something that t i will continue to use on a regular basis to help keep in trim.

    I'm 5'10" and just under 14st. I have arthritis and have had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands - which was not completely successful. My physiotherapist recommended I try a resistance band for movement exercises and to build up my wrist and arm muscles and gave me a 1 metre band to use at home. This band is not only better quality than the hospital band, but has withstood daily use for over a month now. It two metres, it also allows you to exercise the whole body and is still as good as the day it arrived. And don't worry about it not having handles/grips, you soon get the hang of using it. Delivery was prompt. It comes in a nice plastic zip bag and has a card with images of suggested exercises. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who isn't able to use a home gym or weights.
