    A great little pick me up

    This product is a great little buy...fantastic looking secure product packaging and it smells delicious! A little on the end of your nose and on your inner wrists throughout the day (esp. in the mornings) will give you a lift and keep you feeling refreshed. There is also plenty in the tin so should last quite a while, quite a thin balm which is fantastic as I dislike heavy oil based balms on the skin. Just a little slick goes a long way! Looking forward to purchasing some more.

    The Little Book of Mindfulness

    This is such a great little resource to help bring mindfulness practice into your daily life. The 'introduction' is a great explanation to give basic guidance on mindfulness practice. The little exercises are fantastic - you can choose one according to the amount of time you have. I find it really useful for a morning or lunch time practice and really helps me bring more mindfulness into my daily life. Buy it - you won't regret it.

    Serene and Tranquil Colouring - Brilliant Therapy

    I can't recommend this enough for everyone! It's a great stress reliever also puts me in trance like state so I don't think too much about pain ect.. and no I'm not a tree hugger.
