If you’re struggling to get comfortable, or have a muscle pain that just won’t let you rest, this warming balm is your new secret weapon.
Kneipp Muscle Soothing Herbal Bath: Arnica is a natural anti-inflammatory making it particularly good for sore muscles. Containing juniper to help stimulate circulation and relax the muscles, this herbal bath calms the body, allowing you to relax and feel at peace.
Fleecy Microwavable Lavender Wheat Wrap: With a cosy fleece outer, this body wrap is filled with natural flax and lavender seeds which retain heat and release a soothing scent when microwaved.

How do I use it?
Muscle Rub: Rub the balm on areas where you have muscle pain. Please consult your medical team before using this product.
Aroma Home Soothing Body Wrap: The Soothing Body Wrap is designed to fit comfortably around the neck, over a shoulder, wrapped around an arm or leg, across the stomach or around the lower back.
- Fill the cap
- Add to running water
- Enjoy the bath for 15-20 minutes
- Rinse the cap after use
- Contains enough product for approximately 10 full baths
- To avoid discoloration, add the bath oil to running water and use water to wash off any undiluted product that comes into contact with bathroom tile, the bathub, or your skin
- Rinse the tub with hot water following your bath to remove product residue

After having really achy arms and shoulder from chemo, I thought I'd give this a go. I'm so pleased I did as all 3 items really helped me.
The wrap is really convenient to use, can simply pop it in the microwave, much easier than having to boil the kettle and fill up a hot water bottle. Nice, subtle lavender scent, not too overpowering and the heat lasts for about half an hour. The Badger muscle rub also has a warming effect, and doesn't have that harsh pungent smell that some of the other muscle/joint rubs/gels have, and in terms of easing aches and pains, for an organic product, it's good - I find the warming effect of the cayenne and motion of rubbing the product into achey areas comforting. I've always been a fan of Arnica, it's great for reducing bruising and swelling, promoting healing and alleviating pain.
