After having really achy arms and shoulder from chemo, I thought I'd give this a go. I'm so pleased I did as all 3 items really helped me.
The wrap is really convenient to use, can simply pop it in the microwave, much easier than having to boil the kettle and fill up a hot water bottle. Nice, subtle lavender scent, not too overpowering and the heat lasts for about half an hour. The Badger muscle rub also has a warming effect, and doesn't have that harsh pungent smell that some of the other muscle/joint rubs/gels have, and in terms of easing aches and pains, for an organic product, it's good - I find the warming effect of the cayenne and motion of rubbing the product into achey areas comforting. I've always been a fan of Arnica, it's great for reducing bruising and swelling, promoting healing and alleviating pain.
