The only criticism I would have is that the resistance isn't very responsive so it's either easy or difficult!

I really like this Patterson Pedal Exerciser: ) it is lightweight, high quality product which helps enormously to exercise legs, and to keep blood circulation going, there is an adjustment knob on top of the exerciser's frame , easy to reach and to regulate., the whole product does nt take up much space, comes ready to use, no fixing of anything, which is nice : ) overall very good purchase, I am pleased with, and would recommend

  3. A real bargain

A lot of these machines are available, but suffer from several problems, they don't remain stationery when used, slipping away from the user. They often overheat, they can be noisy and are sometimes very flimsy and unlikely to last for long. This equipment suffers from none of these faults and is very well constructed and finished. There is a rather amusing instruction sheet which advises occasional tightening of all nuts and bolts ( of which there are none) And suggesting one consults your doctor before use.
